General Policies

Cancellation Policy

We greatly value the work of our small business and our staff. To minimise disruptions, please note the following:

• For groups of up to 6 guests, cancellations or reservation changes require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
• For groups of 7 or more guests, we require at least 48 hours' notice. This policy applies under all circumstances, including COVID-19-related issues. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge of $25 per person to the credit card on file for no-shows or late changes.

Dress Code

We enforce a smart casual dress code. Costumes are not allowed.

Table Allocation

While we strive to accommodate seating requests, we cannot guarantee specific tables. Our venue primarily offers high seating and lounges, and furniture arrangements are fixed.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Our venue is wheelchair accessible.

No BYO Policy

As a fully licensed venue, we do not permit guests to bring their own beverages (BYO). We offer a wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits carefully curated to complement our menu.

Reservation Policies

• Large groups of 12 or more are required to select from our set menu, available on our website.
• Reservations for 1-4 guests will have their table for 2 hours, and 5+ guests for 2.5 hours. Extensions can be discussed by contacting emporium@ldv.com.au, subject to availability.

Pet Policy

We are happy to accommodate well-behaved pets in designated areas of our outdoor seating. Please ensure:

• Pets remain on a leash at all times.
• Owners must manage their pets to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
• Any disturbances caused by pets may result in the need to vacate the premises to ensure the comfort of other guests.

Children's Policy

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times within our venue. We kindly request:

• Supervision is maintained to ensure their safety and to respect the dining experience of other guests.
• Children should remain seated and should not wander around the venue unattended.

Dining Specials

2-Course Meal promotion

Join us on Mondays and Tuesdays for a special 2-course meal offer, including a starter and a main course. This promotion is for individual enjoyment and cannot be shared with someone who has not purchased the same deal. Enjoy exceptional value and a taste of our finest offerings at a set price.

Beef/Reef Options

Enjoy our selection of beef or reef dishes, with prices starting from $24. Please note that this refers to individual beef or reef dishes and not a combination of both. For combined beef and reef dishes, pricing is as specified in the menu.

Kids Eat Free Promotion

Children under 12 eat free from the Kid’s menu when accompanied by an adult purchasing a full-priced meal. Please note:

• This offer is valid for one child per paying adult.
• The promotion applies to dine-in guests only and may not be combined with other offers or promotions.

$15 Quick Pasta Special

Available Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, our quick pasta special offers to select one pasta from two pasta dishes for just $15.

Bottomless

• Duration: 2 hours, available from 12 pm – 1 pm. Prompt arrival is encouraged.
• Pricing includes a banquet and unlimited servings of select beverages.
• Reservations are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to space availability.
• Valid identification is required for legal age verification. Service may be refused to those without proper ID or who appear intoxicated, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
• Beverages and items are for individual consumption and cannot be shared among guests without the bottomless option.

Fees and Surcharges

Public Holiday Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Cake Terms & Conditions

A 'cakeage' fee of $3 per person will be charged for any outside cakes brought into the restaurant. This fee covers serving, handling, and cleanup costs.

• Advance notice of 24 hours is required to bring an outside cake.
• Agreement to pay the cakeage fee is assumed when bringing an outside cake.

Promotional and Gift Card Policies

Promotion Redemption

No two promotions, discounts, or specials can be redeemed together. Only one offer may be used per visit.

Gift Card and Credit Usage

Gift cards, gift certificates, and restaurant credits are applicable only on full-price menu items. They cannot be combined with discounted prices. We reserve the right to modify prices before applying any gift cards or credits.

Operational Policies

Special Dietary Requirements

Inform guests that they should notify the restaurant of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of booking and while placing an order with staff.

Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure guests know that the restaurant adheres strictly to local health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of patrons and staff.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside the venue. Guests are asked to respect this policy to ensure the comfort and health of all patrons.

Decorations

To maintain our venue's atmosphere, guest decorations are not permitted. Balloons, confetti, and costumes are strictly prohibited.

Weather Policy

Please be aware that certain areas within our venue depend on weather conditions and may be relocated or cancelled without notice in extreme conditions. We will notify affected bookings as soon as possible should closure be necessary.
